  1. Do I need an appointment for service?
    No, although for larger scale repairs it is recommended. This way we can make sure all parts are available. Appointments are easy to set up! Just call our office at (864) 299-6500 and one of our staff will promptly set up a time to bring your vehicle in. We usually schedule all appointments a day ahead. So call today and be in tomorrow!

  2. What are your business hours?
    We are open Monday-Thursday 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Friday 7:00am - 1:00pm

  3. Do you offer an after hours tow service?
    Yes, we use Kellett's Towing which can be reached at (864-288-9750).  Just tell them you need a tow to Sandlappers! You have the option of paying the tow operator then, or paying us after the diagnosis.

  4. What if I have to wait?
    No problem, we have designated a comfortable waiting area with satellite television, popular up-to-date magazines, and child friendly read-a-longs for the little ones, to make your wait as pleasant as possible.

  5. Do you offer a shuttle service?
    Yes, although we do ask that you let us know ahead of time that you will be needing a ride and that you keep the distance within reason. Customers who do not make advance arrangements can not be guaranteed shuttle service.

  6. Do you have a night drop?
    Yes, our night drop is located on the side of the building, at our service entrance. We provide “fill in the blank” style envelopes for you to fill out, seal your key/keys inside, and slide through the door. We check this box first thing in the morning and will call you regarding your vehicle.

  7. Is my vehicle safe to stay overnight?
    Although our entire premises remains well lit and constantly monitored with numerous wide angle, long range, infrared, low-light and night vision video surveillance units; the vehicle should be left overnight at the customers discretion.

  8. What is the diagnostic fee to check my car out?
    Usually, diagnostic fees are $90.00, however, an exact amount will be provided after consultation. You will receive a print out with every diagnostic explaining needed repairs and estimated cost of completion. We guarantee to stay in our estimated price range!

  9. What if I have questions concerning a repair that I would like to do on my own? Is there a fee?
    Advice is always free! We will gladly explain any problems and scenarios you may have. We also offer a demonstration to further explain how things work to make sure everything is understood.

  10. What if I need a rental car?
    No problem! We work with multiple rental car agencies and can arrange a car or truck for however long you may need. 

  11. Do you service hybrid vehicles?
    Yes, we service all Honda makes and models including the Civic Hybrid and Accord Hybrid models. We can also service Toyota Hybrid Synergy Drive vehicles, such as the Prius and Lexus Hybrid Drive Vehicles.
